Duties & Taxes

We do our best to help international customers avoid unexpected duties, taxes, and import fees. In most cases, no additional charges will apply upon delivery. However, customs policies vary by country, and local authorities or carriers may occasionally assess import-related charges. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • with all original tags attached
  • returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that our online return process applies only to items purchased on lilystudio.com. We are unable to accept returns for LILY products purchased through other retailers or sales channels.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to one of our return locations in accordance with the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping, as our return locations cannot accept shipments with unpaid postage. After reviewing the return, we may offer reimbursement for return shipping costs in the form of a refund or store credit, where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • final sale items
  • personalized or custom-made items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or style is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the label and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from your refund. In select cases, we may review your order history with LILY and, at our sole discretion, offer compensation for return shipping costs.

Gift Card Refunds

If a gift card was used for all or part of your order, any applicable refund will first be applied back to the gift card, up to the original amount paid by gift card.

Returning Multiple Items

If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please send them back in one package whenever possible and use the return label issued for that order.

If you need to return items from multiple orders, please contact  before mailing them back.

Return Protection

If Return Protection is selected at checkout, eligible items may qualify for free return shipping, subject to the terms displayed at checkout.

If Return Protection is not selected, return shipping charges will apply.

Final sale items and certain excluded items are not eligible for Return Protection.
