Not in love? Returns are super easy.
Please note — The products you bought from our website store can only be returned online.
Gift orders will continue to receive a printed gift receipt and personalized gift message.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns can be sent to our U.S. return center.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on Final Sale items — including any product discounted over 50%. These items are clearly marked with “FINAL SALE” in red on the product page.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Good to knows...

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping. and the shipping fee will be deducted from refund. 

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

 

Returning multiple items from single order

If you’re returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use one Return Label (even if they arrived in separate shipments or boxes). The Return Label used must match the order for the items you’re returning.

Unlock free returns

By paying Return Protection now on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.

If you don’t opt to pay the Return Protection fee now you can still return, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are final sale.
