When will my order ship?

Once an order is placed, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Normally, an email with your tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out.

How much duty and tax am i going to pay?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

When will my return be processed?

Once your return reaches our warehouse,we will process the return and refund within 3-5 business days.
Still need support? Send us an email at support@lilystudio.com — we’ll need your return ID or order ID, full name, email address, country of residence, and the item(s) that were returned. 

When can i get my refund?

When the return package is delivered, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to collect and open the package for confirmation. Thus, the refund will be issued once the items are confirmed to be in good condition and completed.
Your refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. 

What do i do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and i have not received my package?

Please check the following:

Please make sure your order address is correct. Check with neighbors and family members (sometimes they will help to pick up). Look around the place of delivery(mailbox). Check for notice of attempted delivery.
