Return Policy

Not the right fit? No worries. We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 60 days of the ship date. For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.

All the sale merchandises are final sale and can’t be exchanged or returned. 

Please let us know about order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items at once.

Request Return

Please email us at support@lilystudio.com with the following information: order number, items you’d like to return, valid receipt, address, and phone number. 

LILY STUDIO will not cover international shipping costs for returns.

Refund

You can receive a full refund within 3 business days after we send an email that confirms your returned item is received and in good condition. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made.

Shipping costs, tax, and duties are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are currently refundable upon return only to customers in some countries. You may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products. Please reach out to your customs authority for more information.
